Easy Setup

I can tell you that only a few steps you can simply set the CP910 to print photos. Open the cover on the side panel and slide the dye roll in, load paper in the paper tray, and insert the tray in the front, which adds about seven inches to the printer's depth. You can then plug in the power adapter or connect the battery. In addition, you want to print from a computer, you first install the printer driver from the bundled disc and connect by USB cable or Wi-Fi. You absolutely can set the printer without assistance. It's really very easy solution for printing and rarely occurred.

Easy to use

Selphy CP910 assist you in editing images with a certain number of functions and necessary. You can rotate the LCD screen 2.7-inch to make the display easier to read. On the cover with the function keys integrated support for editing your photos. You can print immediately from a camera supporting PictBridge by connecting to it by cable or by Wireless PictBridge. You can also plug in a memory card or USB key and print using the built-in menu system. As is standard for dedicated photo printers, the menus offer some basic, self-explanatory editing features, such as letting you crop the image.

Fast Print Speed

Except for the phone, the speed was nearly the same in all cases, with our standard test photos printed from the computer averaging 1 minute 1 second, and all other photos from the camera, USB key, and memory card taking between 54 seconds and 1:01. This speed is essentially the same as Canon CP900. However, both the Epson PictureMate Show and the Epson PictureMate Charm are a bit faster, averaging 41 seconds for printing from a computer. But printing speed is not enough to become a problem.

For mobile printing, the CP910 supports AirPrint. Setting up a direct wireless connection with Access Point mode the first time is much like setting up a Bluetooth connection between your phone and car audio system. Once it's set up, your phone will find the printer whenever the two are close by and powered on, letting you print simply by launching the app, picking one or more photos, and giving the print command.

Customer Reviews

Canon SELPHY CP910

When I reviewed the Canon CP900, I said I'd be a lot more enthusiastic about it if it included Wi-Fi Direct. The CP910 still lacks Wi-Fi Direct, but Canon's Access Point mode looks, works, and acts the same way, making it fully equivalent and making me suitably more enthusiastic. In addition, the Selphy CP910 is only capable of printing images of size 4 "x 6". Therefore, you should consider carefully before buy products to provide the best for your printing needs.

Canon Selphy CP910 is the perfect choice when printing in different places. It is appropriate to move easier. You can print photos from anywhere you like. The quality of the print is very good because it uses Dye Sublimation printing technology. It is suitable for printing family or friends to create the album and its price is very good.

Canon PIXMA iP100 Mobile Photo Printer Review

Canon Pixma iP100
There are  many cheap printers, but you are very difficult to find cheap printer suit yourself. But if you consider items like printers, they are like investments because they are long-lasting and very functional. So if you are looking to buy a photo printer, you consider it. It is better to buy a printer that is not exactly cheap, but it is more affordable to very good quality. And that is exactly what the Canon PIXMA iP100 Mobile Photo Printer offers. This review will cover everything you need to know about this device.

This sleek and stylish printer is easily portable and produces print and photos of remarkable quality at an amazing speed of less than a minute for a print of 4x6 inch. Canon PIXMA iP100 is the ideal printer to carry while travelling. Especially for professionals who want to print photos with color best for their customers. Even on a leisure trip Canon Pixma IP100 will help you take photos and postcards. The printer is tough, sturdy and compact enough to be easily put into your travel bag. It can be optionally be used with a car adapter or with a battery thus making it all the more portable.

Printing and Other Functions

Despite its small size, the printer is very high quality and can certainly fit the needs of the user. It can print to a speed of 20 pages per minute for black documents and 14 pages per minute for colored documents. It can even print borderless on postcard or 4x6 size papers within 50 seconds. Compared to many other cheap printers, it really is very impressive.

The maximum resolutions of the printer vary according to the colors used. For black ink, the maximum resolution is 600x600 dpi, while for colored images, the maximum resolution is 9600x2400 dpi. The colored resolution is indeed very high and this guarantees you that every image that you print on this device will come out in perfect blend, rich in color, and detailed in the most vivid way. Since this is a dedicated photo printer, you wouldn't expect anything less than that.

For a mobile photo printer, this is very flexible because it can print even on standard size papers. The compatible paper size for this model are credit card (2.13" x 3.39"), 4" x 6," 4" x 8," 5" x 7," 8" x 10," letter (8.5'' x 11''), legal (8.5'' x 14''), U.S. #10 envelopes, and photo stickers.

Probably the most lacking feature of this device is the battery operation which is a must for travel and other portable devices, but there is an optional Lithium-ion battery that Canon offers which is compatible with this product.

Other Features

This is a very quiet printer. The maximum sound level of this device is 38.5 dB in the best quality mode, and this is better than many other models with a level of 50 db or higher. This device also has very minimal energy consumption, with a maximum of 9W when in use and a minimum of 1.5W when on standby. This model is also a member of the Generation Green campaign of Canon which is a movement that aspires to create energy conserving devices for the preservation of Mother Nature. Included in this campaign are the features of this model which are Energy Star qualification, 4 in 1/2 in 1 printing, and ink saver mode.

The Good

One can print on the go without bothering about wires as it has batteries and can be connected to a car adapter as well. A camera or a DV Camcorder can also be connected. The adapter can be permanently mounted in the printer so that it need not be attached every time.

The Bad

The printer is excellent but unfortunately it is not covered by a case. Moreover, when many sheets are loaded simultaneously the feeder grabs the sheets all at once. This makes it impossible to print more than two sheets at a time. The printer sometimes gets jammed.

If you are looking for an cheap mobile printer with Bluetooth connectivity, wireless operation, and an easy to use control panel, this is exactly the opposite of what you're looking for. But if what you're looking for is a high quality printer which can rival the other cheap printers in the market, then the Canon PIXMA iP100 Mobile Photo Printer is perfect for you. I highly recommend this model for anyone out there who's looking for not only a portable photo printer, but also a completely functional and top class printing device that can truly deliver excellent quality printouts.

HP Photosmart A826 Compact Photo Printer Review

HP Photosmart A826
There are a lot of laser printers in the market, but it's very difficult to find a laser photo printer. For one, most laser printers are used for professional use, but if you want to use it for printing pictures and photographs, you might not get the exact quality that you want. But there's one model that's not a laser printer but can produce laser-quality photos that you will definitely admire - the HP Photosmart A826 Compact Photo Printer. This compact photo printer from HP is equipped with a 7-inch full-color touch screen with dedicated buttons on the side. Using the small stylus, you can crop, remove red-eye, add text and doodles, and play with the different frames and album formats. It produces high quality prints in 5x7 and 4x6 sizes, and it is really easy to use.
Viewing and printing photos is easier than ever, using 7.0 inch color touchscreen which you can use to easily navigate and operate the device without a computer. Print photos with ease simply insert a memory card, select photos without a computer. Use your finger or the stylus to hand write on photos before printing. Print photos in multiple sizes 5 x 7, 4 x 6 inches, wallet size, panorama and more. It has the dimensions of 10.4'' x 9.6'' x 10.8'' and a weight of 5.8 pounds, very easy to travel with and bring around. The device has a USB port, a PictBridge camera connectivity, and four memory card slots for several options of storage media devices.

Printing and Feature

The Photosmart A826 is geared toward standalone, PC-free use, so most of its features are packed right into the touch screen. You don't want set up the A826 to print from a PC, the four memory card slots and PictBridge port make it easy to print from a memory card or PictBridge device like a camera or camera phone. It can print to a speed of 39 seconds per page and it produces photos with a resolution of 4800x1200 dpi. Alternatively, you can view your photos as a slide show for more options. Edit lets you crop, reduce red-eye, and adjust the brightness. The crop feature lets you zoom in and out, rotate the cropped area between portrait and landscape modes, and use the stylus to drag the crop box around the image, so you get just the part you want. The edits that you make to the image aren't saved to the original file on the memory card, which is good in that you can't accidentally change the file, but having the option to would be nice. It also has optional wireless connectivity which you can use to access the device through several computers within a single network. The only drawback of this model is that it's not Energy Star qualified, so you consume more energy by using it. But if you only use it for printing photos alone, it wouldn't really matter much because you only use it occasionally.

What We Liked…

  • Easy for non-technical users
  • Fun "creative" modes for editing photos
  • Excellent screen and interface
  • Good print quality

What We Didn’t…

  • Stingy starter ink cartridge
  • No way to save edits and tweaks to memory cards
